I can't find a proper title image, so I'll just post the crap I feel I need to post. I'm 68 years old. Old enough to know Japanese people that served time in the internment camps. A terrible thing that the USA did to citizens of Japanese heritage. Now the new movie about the bomb is out. Oppenheimer. Once again I hear about the terrible thing the USA did dropping the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Dropping the bombs was terrible. However, more terrible were the at least 3 million civilians that the Japanese killed during the Second World War. War is terrible and we as a nation should try as hard as possible to avoid war. Sometimes we must participate in war, like we are doing with Ukraine. It sucks. It breaks my heart. But we can't sugar coat it. And we must always never forget the terrible things nations do and have done. The USA is not innocent. Japan isn't innocent either.
